PROPERTY RELEASE FORM

We write to confirm our agreement that:
1. We will allow Elliot Tickle the right to use Deeside Skatepark on the agreed date to photograph/film the property, and to bring any equipment needed to do so.
2. Elliot Tickle will be photographing at the location on Deeside Skatepark from 12pm 29/11/12 until 4pm 29/11/12 as mutually agreed.
3. All rights in the photographs/footage made and/or taken by Elliot Tickle at the property will be his/hers/theirs and he/she/they will be entitled to use the photographs/ footage for his/her/their college work. We have given him/her/them permission to refer to the Property by its real name.
4. He/she/they will endeavour to take care of the property while he/she/they are filming, however he/she/they do not have insurance and have made you aware of this.
Kindly indicate your acceptance of the above by signing and returning to us a copy of this
agreement.
